Do I have to make an account to order something?
If you already have an account, please log in, and the ordering process will be quicker. Ordering without an account is also possible, but it does require filling in your information. We advise you to make an account. This will make future orders easier, and you will be able to follow the status of your order
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum ordering amount.
Please bear in mind that a surcharge of € 2,50 is added to the shipping costs, for orders lower than € 10,-.Â
How do I make an order ?
Made a choice? Add the product to your shopping cart by clicking the order button. You can now continue shopping or proceed to ordering. If you are done with your shopping, please go to your shopping cart. Here you can make changes or go back to the store. If you have checked everything, you can pay for your order. Choose a payment method and complete your payment safe and easily.
Are all products on stock?
On the productpage you see if a product is on stock. If the product is not on stock you can add it to your Wishlist, if you have an account. This is also a convenient way for sharing your list with your friends. If required, you will also be informed about products that are available again or receive a message on discounts. The Wishlist is a tool which makes it faster and easier to make a list of favourite products. Products in the Wishlist are not reserved or ordered automatically, and can be sold out at all times. No rights can be derived from this Wishlist. Offers are valid during the action period as indicated. Unfortunately, we cannot answer questions about the contents of the Wishlist. For specific questions on products we kindly request you to contact us through info@emezzuhandbaghardware.com. Offers are valid as long as products are in stock. Prices are subject to change and can alter in the meantime.
You have given a wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail info@emezzuhandbaghardware.com. We will then try to change your order.
I have forgotten to order something
If you find out that you have forgotten to order something after you have already paid, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not been shipped, products can still be added without extra charge for shipping costs. In your e-mail, indicate the product you wish to order. You will then receive a code, which you can use when you pay for the product you forgot to order. By using the code on the payment screen, no costs for shipping will be charged.
Can I make an order from abroad?
Yes, you can, we deliver worldwide.
I haven't received a conformation e-mail of my order, what can I do?

The prices includes VAT?
Yes, all the prices includes VAT
For commercial orders:
If you have a valid VAT number, we can invoice your commercial order at a 0% VAT rate. To qualify you must enter your VAT number on the order and payment page.
Before shipping your order, we check the details entered by you for accuracy and validity. Please make sure all details are correct. We cannot ship your order in case of incorrect details.
If you order and pay without entering your VAT number, we are obliged to charge you the Dutch VAT rate of 21%. It is not possible to have this amount reimbursed at a later stage.
We are not liable for any taxes or other costs you may encounter. Please check your local rules and regulations to review import tariffs in your country.
Is my online payment secure?
Emezzu handbaghardware attaches great importance to secure online payment. This is why we have delegated our payment procedures to specialized partners, Mollie BV and CCV Pay.
Payment is made using a secure connection (SSL) that encrypts all data that are sent. There are no extra charges for your payment.

Do I receive a track and trace code?

We send our European packages through PostNL. Delivery time depends upon the destination country. Within Europe this is generally 2-5 days.
You will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code, so you can trace your package online. You can also look up your shipment on the (PostNL) International Parceltracking website. Please select the destination country and enter the barcode. Then click on 'Find parcel'. The information now appears on your screen.
Details not found? In many cases your shipment has arrived anyway. For the Track & Trace data, PostNL depends upon information exchange with its international partners. These are not always able to give matching Track & Trace info (in time). For shipments outside Europe, please contact us, or e-mail info@emezzuhandbaghardware.com.
Is it possible to use another delivery address?

Exchange is possible. In that case please follow the proces of the right of withdrawal, as described above.

How do I return the products?
Please check the following:
- The products have to be undamaged and unused and have to be packed in the original package as far as possible.
- Please enclose (a copy of) the packing slip/invoice.
- Please pack the products properly. Tip: use the box in which you received your order.
- State clearly your name and address as sender
- Take care of enough postage for the shipment. Shipments with insufficient or no postage at all can not be accepted and will be returned to sender. In case you have not stated the sender on the shipment, the package will be untraceable and should be considered lost.
- Take the package to a post office. Tip: ask for a track & trace code for the shipment so you can trace the shipment yourself online.

Something went wrong with my order, what can I do?

Do I have guarantee on the products?
We care about our products and we, of course, do our best to deliver them to you in good condition. However, sometimes something happens which entitles you to claim warranty. You are under the obligation to notify us about this within four weeks after discovering the shortcoming. Should the guarantee apply to the shortcoming, then we will take care of repair or replacement without costs.
The guarantee applies to our delivered products for a duration of 60 days from the moment you have received the product. Excluded from the guarantee are glass, moving parts, the falling out of (glass) stones and inexpert use. Also, occurrences such as small scratches, fingerprints, air bubbles in the finish layer and corrosion on untreated parts are excluded from the guarantee. In order to claim under the guarantee, you need to have the original invoice.
We can never be held liable for indirect damage or consequential damage caused by the use or application of the product.
Any complaints?
It is always possible that something does not go exactly as planned.
We advise you to first notify us of complaints by e-mail to info@emezzuhandbaghardware.com. If this does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to bring your dispute to mediation through WebwinkelKeur through https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. As from 15 February 2016, consumers can also file complaints through the ODR platform of the European Commission. You can find this ODR platform through http://ec.europa.eu/odr. You are free to file your complaint through the platform of the European Union so long as your complaint has not been taken up somewhere else.
