Should the product you received not meet your expectations, you can make use of your right of withdrawal.
You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the day on which you, or another party designated by you (other than the carrier), have received the order. Within this term you are allowed to cancel your order without having to state the reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. Should the order not have been delivered at once, then the reflection period begins as soon as you have received the last product of your order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to notify us of the withdrawal of the agreement in an unmistakable way (for instance in written form, by post or by e-mail).
You may also use the digital form, or print the withdrawal form and fill it out. You will find both forms at the bottom of this page.
As soon as we have received your notification of return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
After termination of the whole agreement we will pay you back the purchase amount including the (standard) shipping costs into your bank account, ultimately within 14 days, provided the product has already received in good order. In case you return part of the ordered products only these will be reimbursed. If an order exceeds € 150,- you will pay no shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If, by returning ordered products, this amount becomes less than € 150,-, you will then be charged with these shipping costs.
We will pay you back through the same payment method through wich you have paid, unless you reach an agreement with us on another method.
Return shipments are for your account and risk. Please check the website of your post company for the exact prices.
The products have to be undamaged and unused and should as far as possible be packed in the original package. In case you have done more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you this depreciation. Therefore please handle the product with care and make sure that it is packed well when returning it.
